Learn the basics of tenant screening with QuickApprove

Creating Your Account

To get started with QuickApprove, you'll need to create an account. The process is simple:

  • Click "Sign Up" on our homepage
  • Enter your email and create a password
  • Verify your email address
  • Complete your profile information
  • Submitting Your First Screening

    Once your account is set up, you can submit your first tenant screening request:

  • Log in to your dashboard
  • Click "New Screening"
  • Enter the tenant's information
  • Select your screening package
  • Submit the request
  • Understanding Your Report

    Your screening report will include:

    Credit History: Credit score and payment history

    Criminal Background: National and county-level records

    Eviction Records: Past eviction filings

    Rental History: Previous addresses and landlord references

    Employment Verification: Current employment status
