QuickApprove provides tenant screening services including background checks, credit reports, eviction history, rental history verification, and related services for landlords and property managers. Our services are subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other applicable laws.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Obtain proper written consent from applicants before running screening reports
- Use screening reports only for permissible purposes under FCRA
- Comply with all applicable adverse action notification requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of all consumer information
- Not discriminate against applicants based on protected characteristics
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
5. Payment Terms
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of QuickApprove are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

QuickApprove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information in screening reports is complete or error-free.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickApprove from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
