Report Delays

If your report is taking longer than expected:

  • Verify all tenant information is correct
  • Check for pending items in your dashboard
  • Contact support if delay exceeds 48 hours
  • Account Access Issues

    If you're having trouble logging in:

  • Reset your password using "Forgot Password"
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try a different browser
  • Contact support if issues persist
  • Data Disputes

    If a tenant disputes information in their report:

  • Document the dispute
  • Contact our support team
  • We'll investigate with data sources
  • Updates will be provided within 30 days
